Guests are welcome to check in starting from 15:00. To ensure we can prepare for our next arrivals, we kindly request that you complete your check-out by 11:00.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

We understand your travel plans may vary. Both early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and are managed directly by our reception team. Please be advised that an additional fee may apply for these services.

Are your facilities suitable for large groups or families?

We offer a range of spacious options, including Three-Bedroom Superior Suites and expansive Five-Bedroom Superior Suites that can accommodate up to 12 guests. All children are welcome, and we are pleased to provide baby cots upon request.

What dining and catering options are available?

Kolymbia Village is a self-catering property. While no formal meals or breakfast are served, we provide a small selection of basic goods—such as water, coffee, and toiletries—once upon your arrival. Guests are responsible for their own shopping thereafter.

How often is housekeeping provided?

To maintain your comfort, a weekly cleaning service is included in your stay. Should you require more frequent cleaning, additional services can be arranged for an extra cost.

Is there on-site parking for my vehicle?

Yes, we offer free on-site parking for all guests. Our parking areas are conveniently located very close to each individual suite for easy access.

Where is the property located on Rhodes?

We are centrally located in Kolymbia, approximately 25 km from both Rhodes Town and Lindos. This ideal position offers a relaxed atmosphere with easy access to local beaches, traditional tavernas, and supermarkets.

Can the property assist with airport transfers?

Certainly. All transfer requests are handled by our reception team. We typically contact guests prior to arrival to provide full instructions and ensure a smooth transition to the property.

Are pets allowed at the property?

To ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets are not permitted at Kolymbia Village
